The Mobile Broadband Modem was taken away so i couldn't update.

OBS !! OBS !! OBS !!
OBS : Outward Bound Singapore.
21stJuly.
At 7am, Daphne,Genson,Joan,Me,Joc(notgg) met up at the canteen.Chatted for awhile.
Amazed by Joan managing to squeeze everything inside her small adidas duffel bag.
*shakes head
Anyway,Joan dragged me up to the 2nd floor to look for Sharon to get her track pants.
Met Gracie and Lion!
After that had to go to the backgate alr :(
Met Alif and Rafael on the way there(:
Said Bye .. they replied.
Hahahaha.
Ok,anyway.
We were splited into groups.
Mine was Group 28, consisting of

So,we set off for Punggol Jetty!
Punggol JettyMet the Pasir Ris Sec girls(:
Took the boat over to Pulau Ubin.
Found out ..
RAZY WAS SEA-SICK PRONE!
Everyone started teasing him.
Saying, " eh Razy, don't vomit ah! "
Chee Hean was, " oh my god,i'm sitting with him,later he vomit i first person kena ah!"
Hahaha.
Reached Pulau Ubin.OBS Camp1.
Met with the Instructors.
Elton, Pei Li and Bernard xD
So,we(BG&PR) were splited into 3 watches(groups)
Mine was

Elton!(Instructor)
Consisiting of the above mentioned people!.
Woots,we were going high(:
So er,took our bags after settling some admin stuff,
WOW, we climbed up and down and up and down(steep slopes)
Dying from exhaustion when we reached. Haha(:
Elton explained to us the layout of the store,so bla bla bla ..
Then oh!
Lunchtime.
The only time that Bo Seng got to eat at camp 1.
Why?
Because, we're
SPECIAL ! At least,according to Elton (: - we were going to find out later on why.
So after lunch,we went down to the kayak shack.
Took our life jackets and paddles,learnt(briefly) how to kayak.
Sort of.
Was about to set off for Camp2 (by kayaking)
But it was CAT 1 (lightning and thunder) so we couldn't set off till 3pm.
* we weren't carrying our backpacks that we brought there. changed to the OBS ones. REALLY HEAVY !
So it was nearing 4 , when we finally set off!
My Tri-Yak was Me,Hakim and Chee Hean.
Hahaha.
So kayaked all the way to camp2 ..
whoa,tired already(: so anyway,we carried the kayak(insanely heavy) up from the beach to the stable ground like .. 10 or more metres away.
Heavy , heavy , heavy.
Took our 10kg+ backpacks to Block5 and we laid our stuff there.
It was near evening by then,so it was time to do cooking.
Yes,laugh, I'm the Food IC.
Eh,wait wait wait,i didn't eat up ALL the food ok? (:
So we did our cooking, Rice, Mushrooms , Sambal Ikan Bilis and Sardine.
All from cans. While the rice was cooked from scratch,but beacuse Elton was showing us how to cook the rice, he poured in too much water it came out as porridge instead(:
Could see Singapore from there,homesick!:(
So er, bathed there(for the 1st time),pitched our tents and off to bed.
Tent-mates.
Fer, Irna , Joan and Daphne.
River Valley High people were there as well,making so much noise when they were coming back from the fire drill. Lols,Fer was damm funny.
" Eh, people want to sleep la! Quiet quiet! "
then she hides her face.
Hahaha.
Got to sleep after that anyway.
End of Day 1
22ndJuly
Woke up at 5.30am. Sky was still so .. dark.
Un-pitched tent in 5 mins, realised it was only 5.45am after walking around and stuff.
Went to the washroom (can't remember why)
Supposed to look for Elton at 630, but we kept everything nicely , we went looking for him at 6.20am.
He praised us (:
HAHAHAHAHA.
So,washed up(no bathing) and morning PT. Some slow jog and then we went down to near the jetty(:
Played Giant,Wizard,Dwarf. A really really funny game!(: And the game " The Wave"
" Tium, tium , shusssh!" Haha,ask the BO SENG people(: we'll teach you!
So anyway,we took our group photo afer that. Then we went on to do some cooling down stuff.
Haha, Daphne's knee was injured, so while we were doing various kinds, she had to do crunches... and .. crunches ... and crunches .. and more crunches ..

Elton said, " Wah Daphne, after OBS, you'll sure have 6packs. "

So... next we did
BELAYING!
You know the person on the ground when others are doing rock climbing? Yeah,that one.Conversation goes
" Am i on belay?"
" No,you're not."(pulls belay)
" That's Me."
" Squeeze Check,Pull Check,Instructor Check."
" Climbing! "
" CLIMB ON ! "
Haha(: so we had to strap those harness around our legs. Lols,the boys were complaining.
So my belay team was Me,Hakim,CheeHean and Dahiyah. So i climbed first(: haha. made it to the second last step and i started clinging onto the wood screaming that i don't wanna go up anymore. haha. So when i was "falling" i turned as i fell and banged occasionally against the wood.
Hahaha!(:
So after that,we did Flying Fox!! I'm still pretty freaked out over it(: was in team 2 , did the flying fox the 2nd round. We had to climb a ladder 3 storeys high. Made it halfway i was complaining,we all agreed that they should have elevators next time(: anyway, the dear people below were screaming his name. blablabla. Wait.
I DID NOT JUMP OFF BECAUSE YOU GUYS SAID , " DO IT FOR HIM! "

Continue,yeah,so jumped off,wow,it felt like forever before i was gonna hit the tyres! Next up, 500m trekking.
Carried our insanely heavy 10kg+ backpack,with Chee Hean and Fer as our navigators and walked to our next campsite. Kinda worth the walk because when we got there,well,it was a pretty clean and spacious place,got to see a pretty sky later on,towards the evening(:
Placed down our stuff and played Ubin Rescue. There was this obstacle course,made up of logs,bags on this "stretcher", using ropes(we all had to be in contact) bring it across the course reaching this pole which was far away.Pretty fun. But we had to re-do again and again. Didn't conquer the game though.
So,cooking and pitching tent after that. This time was Maggi Noodles with Vegetable Soup and something else i can't remember. Pretty nice!(:
Did reflections with Elton after that(writing) and then it was Lights Out. Except,there was no lights.
End of Day 2
24thJuly ; Day 3
Full day of trekking.
Woke up at 530 as usual. Un-pitched tent. Day IC for that day was ZiHan(: Packed our stuff and all,played some games,haha,really funny. Esp the actions of Ismail and Edwin when we had to pass the message. Haha.
Wanted to set off at 9am , but it was CAT 1, so we hid under the shelter,chatted until the sky was alright to set off(: Navigators : Chee & Fer Destination : Ubin Village then Ketam Quarry.
Walked walked walked.. Really tiring(: sang songs,walked walked walked. Walked through the woods or something(there was a trail) until we entered the Ubin Village region, Chee got " angry" and didn't want to navigate anymore. So navigators were changed to Razy and Irna
Continued walking, Chee Hean was sick and dizzy,so we were changing his backpack,keeping an eye on him. Nearing our destination, he gave in, became really dizzy,couldn't walk. EMERGENCY! Had to take out the stretcher and put him on it. The guys carried him while the girls carried the guys' bags(Really heavy ok? Tent,Poncho,Groundsheet all inside!)
Brought him to open light,outside this office. Turns out,(yes i think you guessed it)
CHEE HEAN IS A BIG FAT LIAR !
liar,liar,liar!
Everyone got so "mad" at him and kept harping on it. He was going to pay for that. Haha. But the mastermind was Elton. Oh well(:
Lunched at Ubin Village, Navigators were changed soon after we set off to Sufi and Joan. (yes,we got lost sometimes)
Trekked sooooo long until we FINALLY REACHED OUR CAMPSITE !!!! YAY!! Jump for joy(if we could)
Pitching tent and cooking commenced after that. Daphne's shoulders were swollen. OUCH! Everyone else had muscle ache,hurt my back. Irnawaty hereby became the best massager(:
So everything done,went to look for Elton after that. Played Narrative Murderer and The Wave again(: Joan and Fer had to run all the way to River Valley high screaming,
" YOU LIKE? I LIKE! " (this was invented after hearing Elton's pingpong story,which made no sense)
Anyway,played the Wave then the losers had to do Dodo Dance infront of everyone.HAHAHA.

Sea expediditon briefing after that. Talked with SJ. Sleeping after that! (:
End of Day 3.
24thJuly;Day 4.
Woke up,unpitched,packed stuff,put food in lifejacket. Sea expedition!
Tri Yak - Shahirah,Me&Chee(:
Navigators: Fer,Sakinah,Joan,SJ,another PR girl(forgot her name)
Kayaked all the way into a mangrove swamp. had to take out our kayaks,carry it across the road then go down to the mangrove swamp again. Did it twice. The 2nd time was worse though. Small,narrow,slippery.
Not good.
Anyway,kayaked all the way to open sea, Oh! There were jellyfishes,didn't see any though. Could sea johor at the open sea. Razy,Ismail and Jiayi were seasick. (not THAT bad) While nearing Camp1, the waves and current where getting stronger.
As i'm typing this,i don't know why i feel i'm back in the sea,bobbing up and down. Haha(:
Anyway,finally made it to Camp1. Washed the kayaks,finally got to bathe. Cooking after that,Elton brought his guitar down,we were sitting down,singing and stuff. Joan got seasick on land after that,resting on Irna,Fer and I gave her our jackets(:
So,clean up and stuff,finally got to sleep. Felt that i was in the sea in the tent. Tent-mates: Zihan,Shahirah,Me,Daphne.
Haha,Daphne was getting angry at the guys for making to much noise.Scolded them and stuff and fell asleep after that(:
End of Day 4 .
25thJuly;Day5.
THE LAST DAY IN OBS !
Store-cleaning,i was doing the bags with Dahiyah,did at least 3/4 of it, and she did like 4 bags?But oh well,finished it anyway,helped the girls with the sweeping,went down the help on the waterbottles.
Edwin,Sufi,Ismail were singing Stop&Stare(BoSengs will understand) and a revised version of Your Guardian Angel(that one was funny)
So packed up everything and all,took our bags down to near the jetty,there was this big ship,which is an exact replica of the ship that Sir Stamford Raffles was in. Went up there,sat in a circle,talked about how we felt about the camp with Elton. Razy didn't understand the question.. again. Haha(: We were all teasing him .. and reminding Chee Hean of his 'acting'.
Wanted to do Jetty Jump,but it was gonna rain(YAY!) so,didn't do it. Went to the souvenir shop after that,bought an OBS shirt and notebook(green!!) xD Sat with Elton,we were playing and singing some games after that(:
So sad that we're gonna leave.
All 3 watches, Munshi,Kurt Halm and BO SENG, sat together as the instructors talked to us for the last time): sang At the Beginning,bt alot of us had no idea how to do so, we ended up singing,

Went to the jetty after that. Home-bound. Found out that Elton and PeiLi(Kurt Instructor) were siblings(:
REached Punggol Shore, saw Miss Teng and Johnathon. BG people were screaming with joy(: Waited for awhile,cause they had to check our bags,was talking to Zihan,Joan and Daphne when we saw Gordon walking down the stairs as well.
Ok,i shan't say what happen. It's way too embarrassing.
Bus-ed home!!! and
We officially left OBS. Missed it right after that ): even now.
Swensen's for dinner with my family after that(: - food wasn't that good,but,it was something different compared to OBS (:
Haha.
End of Day 5 .
I miss OBS ! It has taught me alot of things which can't be put in words,but i really recommend this whole course It is REALLY REALLY enriching(: Still wake up on days expecting to unpitched tents(:

what makes it so special is that you came even though maybe you weren't here for me but for all of us. But i got to see you after all this while and it is such a pleasant feeling because i missed you on every nights whenever i look at the sky(: but then again.it's not of much use thinking of such way knowing what can never be. I don't understand why do i get these dreams nowadays because of you and Jovey's stares. Maybe i'm thinking too much,but i'm not sure,i don't dare to think to much.But during the phototaking,when i got to held your blazer,for probably the last time,i knew you were slipping away from me again,but at least,i got your scent,in my head again.I'm still holding on.There's no one else yet.
